Workout and Training Sites

Christine is by far the best acupuncturist I’ve ever worked with. She totally cares about your progress and I see her religiously at least once a week to keep my muscles from locking up and to keep my energy levels high. She has helped me improve my lifting strength as well as getting a few stubborn muscles to finally begin properly "firing" after a few old injuries kept getting in the way of my progress.

For my clients she has been a great asset, she has been able to remedy everything from high stress to twisted ankles to keep them moving and healthy.

Erica really has a better understanding of nutrition than any other nutritionist I have ever spoken to. Her views about healthy nutrition don’t center strictly on the typical view of calories in vs. calories out. She focuses on food as medicine and really works to put herself in your shoes to create a well rounded plan that you will be able to stick with and achieve with.

Ara has been taking care of my back for over 8 years now. I started visiting him after a training accident left me completely unable to move my neck and back. He worked on me for over 6 moths first helping alleviate the pain and then realign the spine and get me moving again...I'm unbelievably confident in his abilities and only trust him when it comes to cracking those tough to get vertebrae by the upper back and neck...

If Timmy can’t make you a site you’ll love, then nobody can. He’s got a great system for helping you figure out what you want and what you need and putting those ideas down into a tangible product. He has done 3 sites for me already and anyone I have recommended him to has called me back to thank me.

Karine has worked on 3 projects for me, and every time has managed to nail exactly what I’m looking to say! Which as many of you may know is not a simple task.
